Can anyone tel me what program it is that people can make small videos on like youtube videos and where to download it?

To play them all you need to do is have Flash Player installed.To put them on youtube, all you have to do is have a media player file, go to youtube, sign in to your account and then click on the upload video, then follow the instructions.
