How can I get icon/avatars things on my aim messenger profile?

i want to put avatar/icon thingys on my aim MESSENGER profife, but i don't know if just regular codes will work....

if you mean on your buddy info, this is what you do.
1. find the URL of the picture
2. go to aim>edit>my buddy info
3. if you have aim 6.5 click the picture that looks like a landscape at the top on the toolbar (next to smiley face button), aim 6.1 right click and click add picture or something similar to that.
4. paste the url in the box and click insert.
5. enjoy !
