A difficult question to answer as data is limited. I use adsense and this seems to have a constant return. There are of course others such as MSN and Overture that are reported to return more. Google Adsense sign up is immediate whereas Yahoo takes some time and has stipulations to it. Yahoo seems to be in the beta stage and advertising on your site is not as targeted as adsense. My choice therefore is Adsense. Of course it all depends on how many advertisements your visitors click on to visit the advertiser sites that is the trick to earn some income.
