I have been contacted by a firm named Nett Solutions and another called Business.com who say that they have contracts with Yahoo, Google, and MSN to guarantee top placement with a fixed monthly rate regardless of clicks. I want to make sure that this is not scam before we move forward with a test for 3 months.Is this is a valid offer/service?Thank you!
