I noticed all the youtube video questions on here about not being able to view the videos. I got Java9 (whatever it is called...) downloaded but it only works on the administrator's account on my computer [Windows XP] and not the other 2 accounts. why is this so?

This is because you might have selected to only install it for the admin accounts. Also it might be because the non-admins don't have eprmsion to use the program.
