The account is a year old, I am just taking managing it, and I am really stuck on this problem...I can't tell if my keywords are useless, or if they are in a wrong adgroup (not sure how much that matters) and I don't know how they are effecting my campaign, since they are not showing up in the reporting. Thanks for the info on their support...I will try that too.

If your keywords aren't showing up in the reporting, chances are they are not being shown in advertising at all.I would focus on the keywords that ARE showing. They should be directly related to your ads, and grouped together in very tight little groups. For instance, if you are selling desks, you would have a different ad group for "study desks", "office desks", "wooden desks" etc.The ad title should have the keyword in it. It sounds like you should start by re-grouping the keywords in tighter little circles, and making two ads for each group. Later you can keep the ad that is converting better, and toss the bad one, then make another to compare with the better one.If you keep competing with yourself in this manner, you will achieve a higher and higher click through rate, and make more and more sales.

If they are not showing- than they are either not good enough, not focused enough targeting your ad and product, or your bid is very low. if your words are not focused, than you pay more money for each click! try Elite Keywords to solve that and create thousands of focused key words in a second:http://worknearn.bryxen4.hop.clickbank.net/and I hope you've already read one good guide to google adwords, or you're throwing your money away:this is what I use:http://worknearn.wingcube.hop.clickbank.net/?tid=18555555good luck

I will suggest to wash out current ad groups. And then create a complete new campaign...that would be much easy instead of modifying current one..

what you should do is regroup your keywords. select what is related to your campaign only and stay away from the keywords that many competitors. it is better to have thousand of keywords that have 10 to 20 search volume perday rather than have the one keyword that have 1000 search volume perday. this will help you to reduce the the CPC. for example: if you select keywords " affiliate marketing". so you need to expand those keywords to sub keywords. make sure each of your keywords have the words "affiliate" or "marketing'. this words will trigger your ads.if you want free resource for google adwords, visit;http://www.intincome.biz
