How many website visits per month would i get on google adwords if the key words were 'free cash' ? i would really need to know and also how much would this cost me per month?Is there a cheaper way that gets more visits?please help!

That depends on your ads and how much you are willing to spend per click.Optimizing your site is cheaper in the long run but has a longer lead time to get going.
