Actually, you cannot tell from the website if they are using PPC as you do not have access to their Google account. But, if you search with keyword phrases, you can see if their PPC ad is on the first 2 pages...it can be deeper and that just means they are paying less.. So, just look at the PPC ads associated with their main products and if you see a link to them, then you have your answer.
