how can i get yahoo or google free seo tools on my site??

hi - e-mail a guy called Stephen Field - sfield@europe.yahoo-inc.com - he might be able to help... the easiest way to get yourself picked up is to tag your site using del.icio.us... it seems to get you high up in the yahoo rankings.
