...don't know how.can you advise? I know there are graet "search engine "such as GOOGLE,and BAIDU.But my manager wants a small "search engine "which is very suitable for our office.I know nothing about it.It will be very appreciated if you can give me some advices on that

A search engine? I take it that it will be for some kind of internal company website. We use Zope/Plone as an intranet webserver. It's easy to setup. It contains a search engine to search for whatever is on the actual intranet site.
