Well if you want to make a totally professional one i suggest you make one using Dreamweaver or something and then upload it to a web host.

there are free webhosts out there like www.sitesled.com (http://www.sitesled.com) but if you wanna go the proper way use something like http://www.startlogic.com they also give you a FREE domain name.
