Yahoo and other search engines problems....?

Yahoo is set to my homepage. When you search in the box it would come up saying all the things that have been searched for in the past. Now it saves nothing on anysite as far as past search words or names. It saves passwords and everything else. I want it to save the search boxes and all other sites that you might have to type something in on. It was saving all this last week, no new software or updates have been done to the computer and I am the only one that uses the computer. I have spyware removal and virus software so its not any of those..Any help would be grateful..Thanks

uncheck the little box thats says save my password

I'm not an expert so I apologize if this doesn't help. From the desktop with no other programs running, click start > control panel > double click internet options. Click the content tab > autocomplete button. In the dialog box that appears make sure everything has a check mark next to it.
