Good day.
Go to the control panel. Click internet options (under classic view, chooze on your left.) Under the general tab, click clear history, cookies and temporary internet files. In IE7, Click delete under browser settings and then do what i named above. Laterz.

Yeah, on the drop down menu from the toolbar (if you have it on a toolbar that is), it should say in small blue letters "clear history"...and you want to click that.

She's talking about AutoComplete... This is an easy fix.. you don't/shouldn't have to download an extra program to clear your browser history for you... Here is how to clear this data:
In Internet Explorer, click on "Tools" in the menu, then "Internet Options".
Click on the "Content" tab.
Click on the "AutoComplete" button.
Click the "Clear Forms" button.
Click OK until you are out.
In FireFox, Click on "Tools" then "Options"
Click on "Privacy" (padlock at the top)
Click "Clear Saved Form Data Now"
Click OK.
That should do it.
