First, DO NOT USE JUST ANY service to get great search results. Many of these companies are rip-offs and could get you banned from search engines.
Go to for free.

You could pay by going to the link below.

However, I believe you should first submit your site to the engine below and really think about your 25 word description and category.

It is free but FOLLOW THE RULES and be patient (every search engine has different rules FOLLOW THEM). Once you are on this free directory, you will probably get listed on all the major search engines for FREE.
Find every site where you can submit your URL for free.
Now comes the hard part. You need to optimize your web pages to come up in the first few 'hits' on a search for your targetted search terms. Anywhere below two or three in the results position is VASTLY worse as you go down on the list for getting a click.
I would ask all your friends what words they would search with to find a web page like yours. There is a fairly new job called 'Search Engine Optimization' or SEO. You might wish to hire someone to help with your site because it is very complicated unless your web site is very exclusive in content.
If your site is a common web site such as selling clothes, you'll have a much harder time getting top positions. This is where actually purchasing some Google ads would compliment your exposure.
Read about SEO and beware of spending money unless you have REALLY looked into a SEO or company's background with the BBB etc.
