MSN Live Messenger has encountered a problem and needs to close..?

I get that message after less than 30 seconds of signing in. Im given the option of debug,send or dont send error report but nothing works. I have also downloaded msn messenger again. To no avail.

something is definitely wrong with the internet connection. when i 1st downloaded it 2 years ago, i encountered the same problem but after consulting a computers professional he fixed it and said it was due to the internet cable/connection. try calling someone and if that doesnt work well then i don't know whats wrong. keep trying!
