PC case modding?

I'm beginning a case modification project for the tower I take to LAN parties. Already installed cold-cathode lighting and watercooling. What I need to know now is the best and cheapest methood to cut out the design intended for my side pannel.

Very careful drawing and drilling and using a piercing saw with a metal cutting blade to get nice straight lines. Be patient and take your time. Then a good filing and some wet n dry paper to smooth it out.

one of them dremil multi tool things will do it.. but be careful as pc cases have sharp edges

Take it your making it a washing machine water cooling why not throw a bucket of water on it.

a jigsaw or a sawzall with metal cutting blades.... thats cheap and the tools are fairly common.
