what are some good CPU's that are stable wen oc'ed and can be overclocked for better performance?

to get a P4 to 8ghz you need liquid nitrogen cooling >_> besides that number is useless if the rest of the computer cant keep up with it.I'd get an AMD Sempron myself. And any speed above 2.8 Ghz is somewhat needless at the moment.
