I know of a couple of places to get cheap hardware.
Firstly: Web Systems (http://www.web-systems.co.uk/)
That's a place near me so i can go pick things up from there.

Secondly: Overclockers (http://www.overclockers.co.uk/)
This is a very cheap website and has some great offers on it.

If you know of anymore post them on here!

www.ebuyer.com - the one I use the most. Been very reliable, and good prices. Havent always had what ive been looking for though.

www.dabs.com - very unsure on this, but they have looked good. They are very large. Recently taken over by BT. Caused a loss of customers.

Dabs looks like a great site. I have used there games one before and i have to admit it was very good!

I have had some trouble with ebuyer in the past though. I bought an mp3 player from there and it wouldn't charge up - Although they did give me a fully refund apart from the postage.

Not a bad site. Got my graphics card there.

Cheap stuff, but never used them. Heard conflicting stories about them.

had a problem with an overclockers order, where the courier lied about delivering a package. The exact time they said they called, we were home. They didnt call. Overclockers insisted that we were wrong. I ended up with the package 2 weeks overdue, and no refund at all was given for the delivery.

I always use newegg.com where possible. They're also often the cheapest when you count in shipping costs and such.

ple.com.au

Is a great company, which is quite cheap. Not sure if they are Australia only tho.

ebay is the cheapest, but you have to be careful.

We've recently had problems with overclockers. We bought 512mb RAM, and fitted it when we got home. It didn't work, and wasn't compatible, yet we'd printed out our specs and handed them over to the guy at the counter. No-one would refund us, and we asked to see the manager. We were told he was on the phone to customers, and making a real fuss. We emailed the maker of the RAM, who said they'd refund us. We bought some more RAM from a place near them (it's weird the place where they are, as all the shops are in a group, and looks like 50-odd garages. It's all quiet than when you open the door, bursting with noise and people :D) anyway- this new ram didn't work either, but they had guarenteed us to refund us if it didn't work....
