Ok-messenger is not working, so I removed the program and re-installed it. I still cannot get it to come up on my screen. I have already checked my firewall settings and can allow msn to work. Any suggestions? I really need my msn to be working as we use this program at work. Thank you in advance!
I have re-installed the program twice, and restarted my computer. I tried to search for the program and open it that way. The msn works on other computers in my office. When I click on it, nothing comes up at all. When I tried to shut down my computer to re-start it I had to click on "end program" because it was still trying to pop up. Is there anything else I can do?
