How do i delete this virus off my laptop? plz help me!!!?

OK.. So this is wht happened. My friend went of my dads laptop and she thought it was mine cuz my dads and my laptops are same. So anyways she went on this website which downloaded virus onto my dads laptop and it has piks of naked ppl and stuff. So if my dad sees that file the he will think i went on that website which i didn't and ill get in big trouble and whenever i try to delete that virus it shows this message which says 'cannot delete this file. Access denied. Make sure disk is not full or write protected and that file is not currently in use'. How do i delete this file???

Go to start, control pannel, add or remove programs and remove things that look like they might be viruses but be careful they arent his files.

Or a safer approach is to google: spybot search and destroy then download the free version and run it. It will take 10 minutes and then once its finished it will have netted all your viruses and you can hit the dump button.
