No he is not an expert, he is just an entrepreneur out to make money.

He looks like he knows what he is talking about, but he's not telling anything new - just what most SEO experts know already. He's trying to get you buy the ebook, but it and if you don't find anything of value he should have a money back guarantee (if he hasn't steer clear or he cant be so confident in his own knowledge!)
