on the 93rd percentile (high) is there a formula to figure about how many people are in this thing???

Yes.

You are ranked 9456, and are in the top 7 percent.

Therefore, a rough estimate you could make would be to extrapolate that to 100 percent.

9456 = .07x

About 135100 people are playing. Probably more.
